SERVING TEMPERATURE:
10°-12°C. (50°-54° F.).

RECOMMENDED GOBLET:
Small crystal, tulip-shaped goblet.

VARIETIES:
Sangiovese Grosso, known as Brunello.

PRODUCTION ZONE:
The vines grow on the hills around Montalcino and the rich pomace of Brunello grapes is processed in an artisanal distillery in the heart of Chianti Classico.

METHOD OF DISTILLATION:
Steam pot still with rectification of the phlegm under vacuum in a double boiler.

MATURATION:
Six months in stainless steel.
